Vertex Updates - move Vertex integration from NetSuite sandbox to NetSuite production.

Store Dashboard Reports - Users will now see a dashboard upon login detailing top 5 products, sales, top payment methods, total orders, average order value and total sales.

Order Management Report - export now include Group Name for the user that placed the order.

Manage User Group Dropdown - the dropdown value of "group" is now added to be able to search/filter in the Manage Users section.

Order Management Group Name - the dropdown option for "Group Name" is now added for search/filter at the top of the Order Management section.

Bug Fixes:

• Redemption: Issue with display of available size and color

• Date type for custom fields does not show the navigation arrows on the calendar

Vertex Tax Implementation - All stores has been updated to use Vertex Tax based on the Owner's tax status in the accounting system.

Logo Set - Logo set is now an ordering option based on build product association.

Defaults for Real Time and Custom Shipping - defaults for these shipping methods are set to "all users" access.

Coupa Punchout Integration - Standardize Coupa Punchout Integration for one way integration. Users would be able to navigate to the company store from their Coupa environment and select products. Once the products are selected, the user will be taken back to the Coupa environment to complete the purchase. This integration does not flow back into the store. 

Set the Order Selection for Real-time Freight Options - this feature gives the ability for admin to set the order selections under UPS, FedEx and USPS.

Countdown Timer - Countdown timer now works for "Open From" stores.

Maximum Image Size - Set maximum image upload size in webblox to 500K.

Featured and New - Featured products and new products are now marked on the Manage Products page for easy management.

Date in Custom Fields - Custom Fields now allow a date type as an option.

Configuration Tab Renamed - Renamed the "Configurations" tab to be "Colors" on the product edit screen.

Shipper Information - The "Shipper Information" field is now required in order to save a store.

Bug Fixes:

• Add a close button to address popups on Shipping & Billing pages.

• Fix orders submitted without redemption codes.

• Order status update issue "Printable" screen.

CRM ID - This feature will allow Owners to add in the CRM ID for a freight line specifically for owners using AIA third party freight for integrated orders.

Sanmar Inventory Feed  - Inventory feed can now be viewable for products from Sanmar with the correct SKU imported in the SKUs tab in Manage Products. Owners will have the option to 1. Not use the inventory feed. 2. View the inventory feed on webblox only. 3. View the inventory feed on webblox and showcase it on the front end. This option can be found on the "Product Info" page under Manage Products. 

Store Address Import Feature - Users can now import multiple addresses at the same time. 

Store Address Sort - Ability to sort/order the store addresses.

Product Activity Report - This report will now include all products.

Redemption Store - Make "close this window" on the order confirmation page a button that can be edited on the "features" tab in webblox

Redemption Store - Add custom text option to override "shipping" field labels on the shipping page and the confirmation page

Redemption Store - Enable size chart button if populated in webblox as a button above the product description and below the product name

Zero dollar sell price for integrated orders to EAIA - provide the capability to have a sell price on the company store but once the order is imported to EAIA, the sell price will default to zero. 

Percentage based shipping - add percentage based custom shipping charge for orders.

Extend Free shipping - extend free shipping as an option on custom shipping methods.

Packing Slips - Admins can now print packing slips in “bulk” by selecting orders from the Order Management section and performing a mass export. 

Default Product Image - Previously the default product image would be duplicated. Now we can hide that duplicated image to make it less confusing for users on the front end of the store.

Upload Artwork - Upload artwork can now be enabled for individual products instead of the full site. This allows for Admins to select which product they want users to be able to select customized artwork/logos for and which products customized artwork/logos are not allowed. 

Redemption Stores - Joining the 365 and Pop Up store options is our Redemption store.  A Redemption store is great for gift giving/redemption, order collection and product distributions. These should be used when no payment will be collected. Users will gain access to the store with a code (universal or individualized). This type of store is quick to set up and launch. User Manager Role - Login As feature added to the user manager role for admin access.

Mass Update Products Info tab - Users now have the capability to export the product info data from the edit product section, make updates in the csv file and import the information back into the store. The following fields can be updated.

Product SKU - When importing products from the ASI feed in webblox, pull in and store the supplier SKU number for each size and color. SKU will only be available for new import and will not be listed on imports prior to 7/17/2022 or custom products. Admins will be able to see and edit all the SKU data. If a store is integrated with EAIA, the SKU data will be pushed with the order to EAIA and inputted in the SKU field.  

Imprint Method - Imprint Method is now an attribute that can be imported into EAIA in the Imprint Method field.

Imported ASI Products - If a product was imported from the ASI feed, users will not be able to edit the supplier product number field and the color field. Users can still delete a color and add in a new color.

ASI Product Category - Any product without an ASI category listed in webblox will be imported to EAIA as custom products.
